Dr. Raj is double Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. His care model emphasizes a multidisciplinary approach to pain management and rehabilitation. He brings personalized medicine to patients’ journeys to return to their best functional status alongside dedication to hope, healing, and recovery.

Trevor Smith

Originally from Orange County and completed his undergraduate degree in Microbiology at LSU. Trevor has always had a passion for medicine and helping others, driving him to his career as a PA. He has been working as a Neurohospitalist since 2019 and over the years has been involved in a number of specialties from Orthopedics, Pain & Addiction medicine and Urgent Care. Outside of work, he loves to be active and soak in all the coast has to offer. He enjoy beach walks, runs, working out, game nights with friends and spending time with his cat.

Ricardo Cardenas

PA-C

A true SoCal Native, Rick has been a certified Physician Assistant since 2010. He brings extensive experience in pain management and physiatry while also ensuring that professional relationships are created and maintained with his patients. Rick believes in using a multidisciplinary approach to treatment while personalizing each patient’s plan moving forward. For Rick, family comes first always, and he might just be able to tell you anything and everything about Baseball.
